The workshop, titled “Building a Community of Resistance: Working Families Need Peace and Prosperity,” will feature CPI founder, journalist, and author Caleb Maupin, along with additional guest speakers to be announced.
The event will focus on building a political movement that unites working Americans around the demands for peace, economic development, and a government that takes decisive action to improve people's lives.
Participants will discuss the challenges facing the United States, the need to oppose endless wars, and the importance of building communities committed to political education and organizing.
