Iran, Israel, and the Danger of War – CPI Analysis Featured on WBAI New York

On June 16th, Caleb Maupin was invited to give his analysis on Frontline Voices, the daily news program of WBAI Community Radio Station in New York City. Representing the Center for Political Innovation, Maupin emphasized the danger of the conflict between Iran and Israel escalating into a global war. He also highlighted a recent incident in which an IRIB TV studio in Tehran was struck by a missile live on the air, noting that the founding principles of the Islamic Republic are likely to be reinforced by the current conflict.

Maupin further emphasized that Trump’s MAGA base is the only source of open opposition to the war in the U.S. Congress, and pointed out that Iran enjoys widespread support around the world in the face of Israeli attacks.
