Oct. 4th - National Day of Action for Peace with Russia
The war in Ukraine has already cost hundreds of thousands of lives, but August 15th opened the door to ending it. Since the historic meeting in Anchorage, President Putin has stated that American and Russian companies have begun discussing business cooperation. President Trump has said he expects the war in Ukraine will soon be brought to an end.
Behind the scenes, however, a fierce struggle is taking place within the Trump administration. The Alaska Summit would not have been possible without Intel Director Tulsi Gabbard declassifying thousands of pages of documents proving that “Russiagate” — the claim that Russia interfered in U.S. elections to help Trump — was a fabrication. Since then, war hawk John Bolton has had his home raided by the FBI and is now under investigation for selling state secrets. Furthermore, Trump has called for sanctions on George Soros, the Hungarian billionaire who funds liberal protests and regime-change operations around the world, sowing chaos.
The neoconservatives inside the Trump administration want to block the peace process. The idea of peace with Russia — something the majority of the American people and the world want — is something they strongly oppose. It’s time to show support in the streets for peace with Russia and for building the Peace Bridge over the Bering Sea. It’s also time to express support for Tulsi Gabbard and her stand against the Russiagaters and war hawks who are working to undermine peace.
We call on people to take to the streets across the United States with signs supporting the peace process.
Hit the streets October 4th!
