National Convention August 15th in Chicago Area
The Dream Will Be Fulfilled: Peace, Innovation and Multi-polarity
Center for Political Innovation National Convention
August 15, 2026 — Chicago Area
The Center for Political Innovation invites friends, allies, associates, the media, and all who are interested in peace around the world and a more prosperous America to join us in the Chicago area on August 15 for a major anti-imperialist gathering.
We will assemble for a one-day, action-packed convention with speeches and music, all themed around a vision for opposing war and building a new prosperous America tied in with the rising new BRICS economy.
The date has been chosen because it is the one-year anniversary of the historic meeting of Russian President Putin and U.S. President Trump in Alaska. We hope to continue the spirit of those talks and push for the building of a Bering Sea Bridge/Tunnel connecting the United States to Russia. We also oppose the danger of new wars and threats of war against Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Iran, Yemen, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Zimbabwe, Russia, China, North Korea, and the many other parts of the planet transitioning away from the old world order rooted in colonialism and embracing the rising new economy centered around pro-growth governments rooted in popular struggles.
Members of the Center for Political Innovation are invited to join us in the Chicago area from August 12–19 for our annual 7-day program, “From a Drop to an Ocean,” which was a smashing success last year. Participants will help convene the August 15 convention, hold discussions and classes on anti-imperialism, learn real organizing and activist skills, and spend seven days bonding as an anti-imperialist community of solidarity. Members who complete the 7-day program will be given a certification of accreditation as Innovationists.
